Roster Rules
Age cutoff for each level is May 1st (Current Year).
Full roster must be provided to the concession stand prior to first game.
Maximum of 15 players per roster.
Tournament Format
The Tournament Director reserves the right to re-organize the format or reschedule the tournament
if necessary based on late team additions/drops and in the event of inclement weather. Our goal
is for every team to play three games.
Concessions
No Carry In's Allowed - There will be a full concession stand available at the ballpark all weekend long.

Release, Indemnification and Hold Harmless Agreement
Upon making payment or by submitting my registration, I acknowledge that baseball/softball involves known and unanticipated risks which could result in physical or emotional injury, paralysis or permanent disability, death, and property damage. Risks include, but are not limited to, playing baseball/softball; medical conditions resulting from physical activity; and damaged clothing or other property. I understand such risks simply cannot be eliminated, despite the use of safety equipment, without jeopardizing the essential qualities of the activity. I agree that if I or anyone on or associated with my team are hurt or our property is damaged during our participation in this activity, then I may be found by a court of law to have waived our right to maintain a lawsuit against the parties being released on the basis of any claim for negligence. I represent that we have adequate insurance to cover any injury or damage we may suffer or causewhile participating in this activity, or else we agree to bear the costs of such injury or damage myself. I further represent that our team have no medical or physical conditions which could interfere with our safety in this activity, or else I am willing to assume – and bear the costs of – all risks that may be created, directly or indirectly, by any such condition.
